There was a chopped green '56 at 50's in St Paul this past spring...price tag $115,000. I didn't like it, but it was pretty custom.
Here is mine 2dr hardtop '57. starting to pile up parts to bag it this winter. Til then I just drive it every day.

Hey! Great thread. I'm looking at getting a 53 lincoln as a daily. Some great inspiration and love the packard taillight treatment done on the 52-54 models.

It also has a cool desoto? continental kit on the rear.

Hey Ken, Did i hear you right? You getting a Lincoln? Man i was thinking the same thing when i saw those pics... but i like both the 56's and 54-55 Packard taillights....which were you lookin at? I just got a 55 Capri and i'm playin around with ideas right now...

Not Quite a "50's but close.

Have just acquired this '49 Baby Lincoln Coupe.

Still deciding on final look but definately chopped and lowered.

Wouldn't look right any other way.

Ideas more than welcome.

 

Get a 118" wheelbase frame and some Merc front sheetmetal!!

 

Speaking of merc front sheetmetal, this is one i believe is a Linc with Merc front ... can't be sure, but the rear looks linc to me, bumpers are for sure, so...would like to ask the owner !

Well I still have my original Linc chassis but it has been so drastically modified that it sure don't look like a Linc one now..

Why nobody posted the Rascals capri yet?
This car is killer! Now its gloss black and a lot cleaner, but its also been a shade of gray-ish w/ blue scallops and that was really nice too. These here are kinda old. ooh, and more of the green 'vert of page one.
