This is the most badass video I have ever seen. Had I been considering purchasing a car in 1958, I would have bought a chevy just because of this ad. I'm a sucker for good advertising!

The hub caps didn't even fly off like they always do in the movies.

But I thought 58 Chevy's were all white with red pinstriping, a mean rake and a toad behind the wheel with a bitchin babe?

I have a DVD showing the 58's being used by Joey Chitwood for his thrill show cars. Would like to load it, but........... Shows them driving around the track on two wheels till it got boring.....lol

 

The direct overhead shot is pretty cool!! Excellent find.

I have a 58 chevy compilation tape with that footage and more, like some woman that crosses South America, including the Andes mountains, in a stock 58 Wagon, never breaking down.
