Vintage Model A roadster picture

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Chris, Jul 28, 2009.

  1. Hamber OldeBob was up in Colville, WA the other day. It's a small town not too far from Canada. H emet a guy who had this photo, said it was his high school car. Looks like a 1929 roadster body on what appears to be a stock 32 chassis with Olds hubcaps. Hard to tell but grill looks to be 33/34 Ford? Anyways, no reason to post other than to show a picture of an oldhot rod.
    Enjoy!

Right click...save. Thanks Chris. The writing in the border says he was 16 yrs. old. Typical for the time...not anymore. Rick

Looks like it was two-toned with some sort of trim in between as well. Very unusual!

Neat pic. I'd have loved to drive a roadster like that when I was 16! He probably paid like $55 or something....

Thanks for sharing Chris! And there is nothing wrong with posting old photos just to share, I'm fixin' to do the same pretty quick ;)
