Did you ever think of doing a TV show to teach people how to build cars like Mark Evans does out of England. The US made TV shows all stink they think it turns people on to see people arguing, the US producers don't seem to realize we all see to much of this and it isn't cool.

Mark has done many builds on TV and on the internet a Lotus Super 7, restored and old MG, built a plane, built a helicopter, restore motor bikes, restored and old Land Rover, etc, etc.

The point being people around the world who are motor heads all like him because Mark Evans is fun and professional and you don't have this silly attitude that US programs and TV producers seem to think is cool. I don't know where it started but the survival program and all these silly programs seem to think we are interested in people's personal problems and people back home end up looking likes asses before the rest of the worlds TV viewing audiences.

Anyways it is some thing to think about and would be the next step from what you are doing and it would be super cool to have a women do it with a sense of humor as people and the world market would be ready for that. You could start by doing Hot Rods and see where it leads. If you haven't seen any Mark Evans programs you can find them on the net and the net works back home should show some of the shows that he has done.

    Lauren,
nice job on the bulkhead.Who's 'the finger' directed at?

    full house Mouse,
I watch Mark Evans whatever he's building, allways entertaining.Did you know he's actually a veterinary surgeon? He started his TV career as a TV vet.In fact he's the top vet at the R.S.P.C.A. in England.Just wish he'd build a hot rod one day!

Thanks for the information Mark. Yes that makes sense as the guy has a great attitude in what ever he does. All the car guys I know from Europe, UK,Canada, USA,Australia and NZ who have watched his programs all say the guy is the best on TV. I have a feeling that our Hot Rod lady Lauren could do the same job.

    full house mouse -
thanks for the wonderful suggestion, but i don't know if i could ever do that. i'm super camera shy and am way too quiet to teach anyone how to do this. plus, i'm still learning myself.

    mark h / uptown83 -
i was flicking off the camera cos mark kept taking pictures of me and they weren't turning out so i was sick of him taking pictures so i told him to fuck off haha :)

    farmer -
    haha, no..i'm not married.

Top effort there love, put a lot of people to shame thats for sure.

I'd like to think that if we had the same sort of access to available parts as you guys do over there, that my wife would be able to build herself a nice ride as well, she helps me out as it is and doesn't mind getting her hands dirty, keep up the good work !
