Nice build man, The truck looks real clean, You should start a build thread too

 

i was thinking about it, it would just be a bunch of pics though, the entire truck came to me in carboard boxes. every single bolt was out of the thing, so im customizing and figuring out all the original stuff at the same time.

 

im looking to run something similar to the ford 9" and i am working on the templates to increase the size of the humps above the axle and use either coil-overs or straighter leaf springs

 

Ford 9" is a good choise for a rear end thats what we were gunna run but then we changed to a chevy axle...

Well guys, Tonight or tommarow WE will have the motor painted and ready to install!!

 

Well guys, after a few hours of cleaning, my dad and me finaly got the motor cleaned and ready for paint!!!

 

Then....... we got the transmision painted



Then a few more suprises!!!!!

 

still needs a lot of detail work but then we are ready to put it in the 27

 

not much done this week but we got the kingpin kit for the front end

 

the project tee looked interesting then the elko pics showed up.

round headlights only!

 

I think we are doing somthing along this style for the headlights.....

Not quite sure what elko pictures are but... ha

 

Well guys now its August 1st.... Carshow is Sept. 25-27 so, Unless something really big happens... We might not make it to this years carshow.... still gunna try though.

 

Well we got the motor mocked up in the car....


Also got anouther motor (That makes 3 sitting on blocks)

(Straight six haha)

After my dad spent a while cleaning the shop a got a peak of my go-cart agian

 

Looking really good, reminds me of all the stuff my Dad let me help on at home and going to work with him on Saturdays
