Can finally say I "drove" my Model A home yesterday! It was awesome!! Here's a post a started a while backing talking about the history of the car: http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=272564 I had to move some of the other cars I have sitting around the house to make room. Next order of business is getting it registered (which I'm doing this week). Big thanks to my father-in-law, Dale Taylor of Taylor Street Rods for helping out... www.taylorstreetrods.com And a big thanks to my family and everyone here on the Hamb that helped along the way. Now to find that next car show to take it to..... -Jeremy
Jeremy your house is starting to look like a used car lot right out of the early 50's. So when are we going to lunch in that thing at the hat...
i should tell you a little secret about hot rods....they are never finished seriously , that looks nice, you should be proud
I love full fendered, uncut, black 29 Coupes. Here's mine. I've had it since '85. When I first got it on the road in '89, it was in black primer, no hood, and had Halibrands. It looked alot like yours. The next year it got shiney paint and a hood. A little later I got tired of always polishing the Halibrands and put on the steelies. Keep plugging away on yours.
Thanks! The car was in pretty good shape to begin with. I look forward to seeing the progress on your. -Jeremy
Really cool car. I like the fenders with no hood and sides. And I like the tri-power, cool motor too, is it a 409?
YEP!!!! 29' Coupe you "sinched" it for me I gotta have a COUPE and A SEDAN. Full Fendered of course. Or, if you was willing to adopt me ..... that would be KOOLSVILLE!!! LOL!!! KILLA Coupe!!! Your my HERO!! Much deserved success in your future projects. Enjoy that coupe.
Congrats and i really dig the way it is set up with the flat paint and fenders with no chop. You gonna make a video of drive
