Hot Rods Rare inline stovebolt intake found

    Las Vegas Craigslist - there is a HOWARD 5x2 intake (only) for sale - you can either search by HOWARD in auto parts or Pahrump in 'general'

    Guy wants $400, but it looks unused.

    wishing he had $400. seriously though isnt that 32 black chevy with the 302 equipped with one?? sorry if im wrong but i know for sure its got 5 carbs intake. it looks like a great intake nonetheless

    I believe this intake is for a Jimmy and is missing the runner part (which can be fab'd up). Not sure since I'm a flat head guy.

    That's a lot of carb - would need to be a killer inline to use em'

    Commonly used with 1, 3, & 5 working and 2 & 4 blanked off except for racing - that's how Don Nicholson's motor was set up.

    Elbows are currently made by Patricks in Az, but need spacers to reduce them to Chv size, as the port diameter differ.

    The differenceb/w this and a Jimmy manifold is the spacing of the outlet holes.

    wish I too had the 400 clams to spare on this rare piece.

    What an ugly piece. :)

    It's actually one of my more rare pieces in my collection too.
