I'm 30 and have a 50 Ford pickup that passes for a 48 when the nsra is in town. I guess next year I won't have to lie about its age. My brother who is 31 has a 48 Nash that he drove while in college but wrecked it in 2001 and hasn't put it back together as we have built a couple of cars since then. Together we own a 35 Ford Fordoor, and we picked up a 47 Ford COE yesterday to one day build us a carhauler. Plus we have a few 47 Ford project and parts trucks. But right now all that runs is the 50 and 35.

I didn't read the whole post so...

52 in a few weeks here. Have a 29, 41, and 47 Packards. Also have a 54 AD Chev and a 61 Belair. Here's my outllook lately, at most every cruise I see folk my age and older (that frankly act and look a generation older!) rolling in muclecars. Seems the basic age of the GTO, Chevelle, Torino, Road Runner clan is upwards of 60+. Now I'm not knockin em (the cars or folks) but most of em look like they oughta be on golf carts! At the opposite end of things there's 'us' that seem to have discovered a fountain of youth. Big difference in the overall atmosphere at Billetproof vs a regular meet. Our Downriver Cruise is comin up. Might take pics and show you what I mean. FWIW 'our stuff' keeps me wound up and feeling less than my years.

I'm 32 (well, about two months from 33). I've got the '46 pickup in my avatar. I've also got a '55 plymouth and a '56 Studebaker to play with as well.
