...just a reminder that it's only one month (at the time this is written)til the 3rd annual Scrap Drive show&swap at the Boone County Fairgrounds in Belvidere, Illinois. (June 13th) ...hope this rainy weather straightens out by then so we can all have a good time. ...who all is planning on coming? ...for more info, check out the HAMB caledar.
I'll be there, with my 59 in the show. Probably have some 348 parts for sale in the swap meet. Might have some full size 61 Pontiac stuff, too, (a complete stick setup, less trans).
Bewarned.....the whole Sock Fuckers Car Club might invade this show, southern boys that have never been north of the Mason Dixon, and some border hopping Canadians....
Oh no. Sounds like some troubles or something. Hopefully the weather makes for a good turnout this year. Should be a good weekend for nothern Il car show. Except I heard about an auction with a bunch of 32s coming up. LOL
Magnet and I will be there. He was on the fence for a while but secretly I think he *hearts* LouverDude as well. See you biatches there.
Just thot I'd let you know,....we've had some guys inquiring about a model car show/display;...if you guys bring em, we'll have a table for you inside the building....no judging or trophies, just a display,...thanks
I saw the little flier for this at Lefthander chassis a couple weeks ago. I'll be cruising down from Madison this weekend for sure. I am expecting to have my mind blown by the excellent compilation of cars this Saturday.
Looks like we'll be heading down to the Scrap Drive too. Looking forward to seeing a bunch of you guys, since we missed the Rust Revival. See ya tomorrow!
Hey Steve and Al I will be runnin late. Probably won't get there till after lunch. Hopefully I will catch up with ya. Jeff knows my schedule of events. Meaning: he knows I am trying to get a fix for the old cars and parts addiction that I have. LOL
How convenient......The same night as the morris town cruize..... Actually I'm gonna try to do the scrap drive and then cruize 80 miles down south for morris instead of going home. I hope the rain stays away as i'm planning on driving my caddy without the windows, and dont really wan't my dog to wind up with that wet dog smell. Don't worry butchers, this lone wolf is on his way.....
