Well count me in - Yesterday I got my Aug R & C - still waiting for July +++++ Still no Street Rodder yet....Wal Mart has had it for a couple weeks now...WTF??????

 

I also got Aug. R&C issue yesterday but unlike many here I did get a july issue a few weeks back.

 

Still neither for me, they say they are coming

 

We lost Custom Rodder magazine.Gone forever.They said it was due to lack of advertising and subscriptions.I hope this isn't happening to Rod and Custom.

Just got my august one to day. My july one was on time though. I must be lucky.

That is one of many reasons why I no longer subsribe to any publication.

 

August's issue just got here yesterday (R&C). Loved the editorial, looks like Kev is facing that great new fear, "my kid, the driver"

For what it's worth, R&C's quality seems to be actually IMPROVING! The same, however, cannot be said for that other rag I get, the one with "Street" and "Rodder" in it's title...

 

I have no complaints about quality ! Rod & Custom is the only mag I take ! After joining the HAMB I let all my other sub's run out , except for streetsceen (NSRA) & it's just a great big GAY advertisement publicatation ( except when they put pic's of my junk in it , then its COOL ) !

Got my August R & C last week. Still haven't seen Street rodder yet.
I went through this with R & C, and R & C Models back in the '60's when they went under the first time. Got stiffed for the remaining subscription.

I received my July '09 issue:

about 5 weeks ago.

... and my August '09 issue:

last weekend.

My only complaint about my R&C subscription is that Source Interlink Media sold (or gave) my name and address to other companies ... I'm constantly receiving junk mail (adverts & catalogs) from other Source Interlink Media publications and/or their advertisers ... and I know this junk mail is coming from my R&C subscription because my only other car related subscriptions (TRJ, GG's Gazzette, & HAMB Alliance membership) were set up with a slightly different name/address.

 

My dad got his R & C last week and was stoked about the 52
De Rosa Caddy ~ Never had an issue with mag not arriving though....

 

Rod and Custom is one of my favs. I just got an offer to extend my sub for about a buck an issue for three years. Will they still be around?

 

I have not seen mine yet...........
