I just checked and it was going to be about $500 roundtrip!

that is crazy...........

normally the most I can spend on air is about $350

that $150 pays for the hotel!

I would love to be there - but unless these prices drop - not gonna happen

My Impala is a '66 and while it's too new to enter the show, I was hoping to at least cruise a lap or two Sat. night with my pals.....

 

I doubt a lap or two is going to cause you any problems, especially if you're lowkey. The cops here are pretty good

Oh, and hey, bring your pinstriping stuff too...I wanna have ya put some lines on my cane

 

keep it lowkey, and you should be fine. Its not like there is going to be a check point or anything. Be smart, have fun.

for those of you in the eugene springfield area or south, we have a group leaving springfield getting on I-5 at about 12 to 1 on friday for washington. We are going to meet at my shop and head north on I 5 at that point. My shop is on main street in springfield right off of I 5. If anyone wants to join in at that point that are coming from south of us or any where for that matter that would be awesome. My shop number is 541-746-0646 mon thru fri, Joe

Say, does anyone know the car count? Limited to 700....I may have a car to bring, but don't wanna try to bring it if the show is already full....

 

I live in Centralia and hope to be cruising both Friday and Saturday nights along with attending the show both days. Trying to get at least one ready for the show and hopefully both of them solid enough to cruise around town at night.

 

I will be there, who knows what i'll be driving though
