lol I thought you might like that. It was perfect timing as I was walking by. I was going to see if you needed a hand, but you two looked liked you had it and you don't know me so I didn't want to interrupt. Anways, it made for a nice kodak moment!

Laurie Peterson ( Canada Customs & Hot Rods) just built this beautiful Buick, and Laurie just drove down from Vancouver Canada on it's maiden voyage.....THIS CAR IS FABULOUS !.....understated elegance at it's finest......

Laurie has told me about this car. I can't wait to see it in Puyallup.

That is an old custom trick - but you cannot use just any '59 Pontiac front sheetmetal as that was the year Pontiac introduced the wide track in the U.S - so it is 2" too wide. However the Canadian Pontiacs were basically Chevys and the Canadian sheet metal from a Laurentian or Parisenne bolts right up. Imagine a '59 Chevy Brookwood wagon or a Chevy Imapala flat top with the Pontiac nose!

    Thanks for the awesome pix...

I keep returning to this thread. This one seems interesting, I think:

It looks like he's managed to get that smooth "Snooky Janich" flow to the top. I'd really like to see a straight from the side shot of this one, but judging from this pic I think he nailed it:

BEST SHOW OF THE YEAR!!!! The Panelbeaters went cruising up the coast friday to the pier in Avila beach, Jocko's the night before, bowling after the show, it never stopped! I loved Paso but Santa Maria RULED. Anyone who bagged on SM missed out. It wasn't just about cars but the people. -stick

Cool coverage of the show, if anyone didn't make it to this show other than health, or financial reasons you missed out. This is a really awsome show. Met alot of cool people, by the way what happened to the HAMB meet & greet? Couldn't find it or it didn't happen?
