sure looks like japan. Everyone has a tan and black hair.

 

Its Japan....so do searches based on that. The show was covered on here.

I might on another car, but the cat's eyes were pretty sharp!

 

59's had the 'cat eye' tails, that car's a 60. They had either 4 or 6 round light's depending on the model.
It is pretty cool. very much like the show customs from 'back in the day'..

 

Shoe leather doesn't taste bad. Really!
