Great shots John, you keep raising the bar. I've got my opportunity this weekend to take some road shots, thanks for the tips.

2 1/2 tons of bronze and steel. Took me and the foundry a year and a half to produce. Headed overseas to the collector that commisioned it from me.

I've been a golf course artist a long time, but I draw hot rods 'n such for my own amusement. . .

The "Drag B'Rods" name is my logotype for a series of hot rod /pin-up calendars I hope to publish very soon. If I can over come my fear of bureaucracy and the i.r.s...

I have a photo submission this week. It's a bit off topic, but still a really cool old tractor. At least I think so....

    Great show everyone!!!
Here's my latest pencil rendering. I first saw this 36 Cabriolet at the Pileup in '07. John Joyo of the Austin Speed Shop owns it now... The image is 24x15.5. Pencil on board. It was a blast and a challenge to draw. Here's a couple of in-progress shots and the finished drawing.

... my country cousin has, like 8 of these old John Deere tractors and they're his hot rods. Plus, all but 2 are completed and run, actually "plow", is the term. They still plow.
