Just the right amount of flash versus color.

  11. Outstanding, Man. Definitely a nice balance. That's the kind of motor that makes a guy wanna go hood-less.

One of the best looking SBF's I've seen... Those valve covers really set it off!

How many hours do you think you have in polishing that bellhousing? :D

oh man i don't know ! started out sanding it and going finer and finer with the grit ! then on to the buffing wheel it was a dirty job ! hopefully it's worth it ! i'm obsessed with details , too bad not much of it will show !:(

Wow man, GREAT job!! That really couldn't look better. The bell housing must have been some work, I was tired from polishing my valve covers:eek:

Did you decide on a color for the body yet?

thanks for all the kind words guys ! gonna try and wrap things up on it this weekend ! gotta have my machinist buddy make me a new spacer for the alt. , waiting to see if the mechanical fuel pump will work or if i have to run a electric due to the oil filter needing to be turned more up and out the front to clear the steering box , and would eventually like to find an air cleaner thats a more vintage feel to it ! gonna stab the new distributor in and tie up some other loose ends !

front pump and cover are by snow white out of california , adapter plate and opel gt waterpump , ends up being 2 inches shorter than a stock ford pump ! i neeted the extra clearance for the fan
