  3. Lifes tuff kid!!:p
Long roof sounds good. My head's spinning with ideas.
How about the Dan Fink 32 woody phantom? 39 chevy delivery (Monogram). The S'cool bus, 39 chevy woody-AMT, 46-48 Chevy delivery, Galaxy Models I believe. There's a few out there. Amt's Ranchero would be an easy conversion to a 2 door wagon.

Gee, this is gonna be a tough one! Stevie, damn right :)) I am in the closet right now - preparing that awesome build *s*

Hmmm, maybe parts of that wooden closet will fit into the kit.... real wood is a killer :))

I am going to do my best to complete a model for this..... How long do we usually have to build one? Good thing is, if it is a "long roof" that is chosen, I started one about 5 years ago, now will be a good chance to actually finish it.....I have 100's of kits, only one built (which so happens to be a delivery), only a handful started, the rest just sitting there for whenever.

    Nice collection willie :)

Is that 49/50 ford panel a jimmy flintstone body? Ive been eyeing that one in his catolog. Hows the quality and resin thickness?

I hav afew of his bodies..coarse they all vary in quality, so it is why I ask.

  15. My head is also filled with silliness. :D

Now here's the conundrum, a sedan delivery as stated will qualify as a 'long roof' so considering that prior to the 1935 model year Ford Sedan deliveries shared the basis body structure with the regular sedan, that is they both used the same roof, does a pre 1935 Ford sedan body qualify for this contest?

  16. Well, the one I am planning is definitely pre-1935, but it is also far from a sedan body.

  18. And the wagons have it.
    Build starts Monday Morning.
    Longroof is the focus.
You like customs, build a custom Longroof.
Like Gassers, Give that wagon a nosebleed.

    Nice examples Macca.

I think I would like to join in this build. Are we posting before/progress pics anywhere to prove we aren't submitting a previously built kit?
Time to raid the junk yard(box) and start thrashing. I haven't built a model in over 10 years.

  27. Started this a while back so it doesn't qualify but it can serve as further inspiration...
(sorry 'bout the poor quality of the pics.)
