Ill chime in as well, black steelies with WW would look killer. Oh and as I type Im doing research on the current war, and I will gladly thank you for the time you served and keeping this country free so we can take our hotrods out any time we please.

with those wheels the car is beyond the wide white era. wide whites need cool shiney hubcaps in my opinion. though you could put cool hubcaps on those rims if you get the right ones... some hubcaps need the little nubs that OEM wheels came with. I would go with 14" astros and pinner whites. then I'd lose the pipes. anything you do would be cool. one thing for sure the blackwalls need to go.

id go wide whites with current tires, then pop off the moons and fog the center blue to match the body, throw on spiders, get the striping around the scallops etc, and it would RULE
The car looks mid sixties to me. So, the chromies with moons are perfect. But, in the mid sixties we thought WWWs were old men's tires. Plus, pinner walls are MUCH cheaper than WWWs. So, you can rechrome your bumpers and have a good striper finish the scallops. But, the lake pipes are wrong. So are the spotlights. You're very close to bitchen. Consult the Little Books and you'll see some cars very much like yours. Pick a time frame and stick to it. Neat car, soldier. And thanks for your service. Welcome home.
Hit the nail on the head. Lose the center caps, keep the wheels and chrome lugs. .....or painted steelies with spider caps.
