Don't recall posting this one before, but it is almost 4am & I've just got in from work...

 

Awesome work as always guys. Been awhile since I posted. I recently received a copy How to Draw Crazy Cars and Mad Monsters by Thom Taylor and Ed Newton. Here is my first drawing since reading the book. It's just colored pencil and magic marker on sketch book paper, I did it at work between calls. Let me know what you guys think.

 

They are building the RPU.


The 3rd build weekend is this weekend. I will be there all day Saturday to help with the build.

BTW, Killer work by everyone so far. I really love the Custom Series by HIDDEN!

 

new around here but I've been checking out the last couple of art shows & I'm seriously impressed , there is some real cool stuff! Loving Hidden's Kustoms.

I've been doodling some greasy parts recently , a little unusual but I hope you like it :-




I've done a couple of OHV Fords too , now trying to hunt down a Flatty & a Hemi locally to have a go at.

Here is another one in a slightly different vein....



It's still a work in progress (Gotta fit a carb & hook up the steering , much like my real car ) , need to sort out line thicknesses & add some detail here & there too.

 

Great start as usual. This design is going on the doors of a friend's '52 Ford pickup. will definitely post finished pics later. May take a couple weeks. We'rstill waiting for baby to show up. Due date came and went.

Good morning Art Show participants. I am looking for a favor, so I appoligize up front to anyone that is offended. I have organized an impromptu car show for Jay Leno and his comic relief show that he is bringing to Wilmington Ohio this mothers day. Check out my thread for details. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=357212 A local motorcycle shop has agreed to let us use their parking lot to have the car show, but to make it look legit I could really use a show poster. So... what do ya say, can you help a brutha out? I intend to get the poster in the hands of the hotel where Jay is putting on the show in hopes that he can come out and meet some of my fellow HAMB'ers. I will take your cool poster designs, get them printed out and distributed. When it's all over I will send them to Jay's big dog garage. Here are the details:
