    I love that cartoon, I was introduce to it by the HAMB, the little miss blue coupe or something like that is a good cartoon to check out too. . .:)

    I remember that. Would have been funnier if when the nurse pulled back the blanket, the baby car was black.

  14. That was just way too cool!!!!!!!!!! The movie cars dont have nothing on that!!!!! Remember that was all hand drawn back in the day. What a cool ass cartoon!!! Dug the ol hopped up flathead.

  26. I've seen a lot of cartoons in my day but I don't recall that one. What a great cartoon. I'll bet it was made in the mid to late 40's. A traditional hot rod cartoon. :D It looks like Hanna Barbara when they where doing Tom & Jerry. Great art work and funny.:)

    NO MAN!! That's a Tex Avery cartoon at it's best! He and Fred Quimby produced all the old good ones!
     
  28. Tom and Jerry and the Tex Avery cartoons were done at MGM same time period. Droopy and some of those other Avery classics too. They have a similar feeling. That "MGM quality"
    The Hannah Barbera started following Tex's trail blazing with Tom and Jerry at MGM.
