    Man, I gotta tell Ya...

at first, after everything Greg had been through, none of us knew how to approach the repair of the car. I KNEW I had 0 chance of matching the candy, and that the metal repair itself, while within my ability, was something I had not done in a long time. Greg was tossing around names of guys I thought could fix itand I veto'ed all of them until he said "This guy in Arc City...Jeff Meyers. Then I asked if he needed help loading it on the trailer. Hit me up at the round up- We may have to collaborate on a project I have in the works!

Thanks for all the kind words everyone.

Seriously, if you have a paint job in your future, consider making the trip. Being smack dab in the middle of the country makes Jeff pretty accessable really. Give him a call, you will be glad you did....

Gregg, you starting to realize that "everything happens for a reason"? You and Jeff were destined to connect and I must say the result is absolutely incredible. Enjoy, and I'll see you at the Round Up. I'll be the one with double sun glasses so as not to damage my pupils while checkin' out that finish.

Wow! Talk about "New and Improved" I didnt think it was possible but your shoebox is finer than before the hood decided to part company with the rest of the body. Cant wait to see it Live at the RU. How many times do you check that hood latch before you take off in it now? Congrats!

I was actually the weld that held the hood pin against the bottom of the hood itself. The latch was fine actually.
