Hot Rods Picked up the 62 yesterday, Austin Bound

Got the car back from having Rack & Pinion steering installed yesterday, it was done by Steeroids in Santo TX.

It is a whole different car, the steering is positive, no more sawing at the wheel to keep it in a straight line. Combined with the 5 speed tremec I don't ever want to get out of the car.

We are in Weatherford TX now and will be making a few stops in Dallas, spending the night somewhere between Dallas and Austin and then in to Reggies on Thursday.

Nope, not for me, that is Maggies Gimp Sticker, she's a cripple ya know. Actually she has a bad ankle and back (and most days a bad attitude).

WOW, BOB I really like it,it will kinda take me a while to see you in that instead of the ol' chevy, almost dirty. kinda feels like your cheating on the chevy........but if we put a really kool watson style race track paint job on it I think it will be ok !!!
