History Sad Sad Day in Phoeniz... Manzanita is closing

Took some pics last night. Unfortunately we missed the last lap, it was getting pretty late. I'll try to get down there this week and take pics of the bulldozing.

was great watching the twister do laps. It has it own sound
with that blower...what a great looking car.... Just a little to much power.........

 

It is sad. I was out of town for the last race so we went to the second from last one. Got a t-shirt and hat!

I figure it is the Maricopa County dust permit they were having issues with. I don't think the county can hassel them on the reservation!

 

Is the red Sidley car one of Rick Stewart's chassis?
He told me his chassis had that x in the back of the roll cage.
