discbrakesystem for fatmans dropped Spindels on 53 Buick

I just have a problem. i have 53 buick with fatmans dropped spindles and i wanna change the drumbrakes with a discbrakesystem.
have anyone experience which system will fit or should i use the original
spindels und uprights?
