this is a joke, right? I've never been a fan of state inspections, but if they could keep shit like this off the road.....

 

I love this! You can mount anything you like, anywhere you like on this. It's like Mecano or Lego or something. Modular chassis...the future

 

This is the kind of shit that really pisses me off. Some idoit will put this thing on the road, it WILL fail and if someone gets hurt or worse. It will come back to hurt all of us via BIG BROTHER.

i like the cinder block jackstands and redwood cross members ...but hes kinda opening his truck up to a new set of problems , rust and termites !

so i pulled the body off today ...and just noticed there is no cross member between the notches ..hopefully no frame damage was done .





or maybe it just fell of like the bumper bracket did

 

that wouldnt be on the road in my country. sad that people are willing to put thier lives and other road users lives on the line.

finally did something .

Wow thats some of the worst workmanship Ive seen in a long time.

This thread just reminds me not to buy a car unless I can put eyes on it.

 

It looks like it would have been a lot easier to start from scratch with a stocker. I have to wonder what the chop's going to look like under the paint, too.

 

Those welds scare the crap out of me. My 5 year old son can probably weld better than that.

 

Is it going to be offered in spray cans for the latest in 21st century hack repair technology?

wtf thats aweful , id never admit to that lousy workmanship , hope you keep posting as you correct these foulups , with the right skill it could be a sweet ride

 

doing alot of firsts for me on this car ...but shouldnt be hard to out do the last fabretarder
