The ongoing "Jr. Stocker" thread was part inspiration for this. The kit is Revell's new '57 Chevy 150 Business Coupe. The decals were custom made for me by a friend.

    Different!
Here is my take on the them (Damn you Plowboy!)

Its pretty rough right now, still need to fill the chop and put the back window back in, change the front window profile, section and re shape the grille shell to line up with the hood and I haven't even started on the back yet! Lots of work there, like filling the wheel wells and the chop lines from narrowing it.
Any one have ideas on the rear bumper? Maybe loose it and do a rolled pan?

    Doc.

  12. First off, Great Job on the '57 2002p51, great detail!! Second, here are a few pics of one I just finished yesterday, It's a Revell '50 Ford Pickup with a Jimmy Flintstone resin cab(already chopped and sectioned, lowered as far as it will go, painted the new chrysler B5 Blue with the kit scallop decals.

I wondered the same thing. I'm glad you asked and not me! LOL. Great job on the G stock '57 Chevy, VERY clean! I like all the models posted today and the modified production T bird really jumped out at me. I planned on doing one like that in 1/16. 69falcon, stepping out of bounds as usual with cool and interesting builds.

Here is my contribution for this week....a modified '34 Ford. Pretty much box stock except for a little extra detailing here and there.

  22. Have you considered raising the box ?

Maybe make the top of the box, even with the bottom of the side window.

BigA's monster hands on the FAS kind of jump-started this project.
