  11. Be mighty tough to drive FED to work. I don't own the FED, just liked the picture.

This is not my avatar, but it could be, it is my daily driver:

  19. I used to drive the coupe to work 3 or 4 times a month in the Spring & Summer ... but between my ~1 hour commute (each way), the shitty Bay Area freeways (potholes, construction, etc.), idiot drivers that insisted on tail-gating or cutting in front of me, and the tendency for the ol' HEMI to overheat in stop-n-go traffic; driving a Hot Rod to work just wasn't much fun anymore ... plus my insurance policy really didn't allow for it.

I used to drive mine to work (not every day, but often), but I don't work any more. I will, however, drive it to breakfast tomorrow.

Mine was my daily for years. On tues I drove my roadster to work it was cold and dark, noticed a guy towing a trailer with a chassis on it, so I caught up for a look and noticed it was a rodded 32 frame the look on his face as I tooted and blasted past was priceless. When I got to work the guys were laughing about the guy with the chassis trying to catch me on the highway.
