Me way back in 1979 winning my first Cowpasture Nationals in my Bennie the Wizard built dragster. Yes I still have it.

 

It was a good time

Wow, "Bennie the Wizard", I remember him winning the Worlds Finals in Tulsa in the late sixties (I think?). Did'nt mean to hijack, this is a neat thread, love the pushstarts!

This is not old but we are proud of the new tower replaced after the Tornado back in Feb.

Didn't make it to the reunion last year. Hope to make it this year. Had a ball at the one I made. Going to bring all of my scrapbooks next time.

Some of my fondest memories are from sitting in my dad's pickup, pushing up the fireup road (Clutch out, Build Oil Pressure, Mag Switch, Snap Crackle Pop!!!)

And we support the southwest Jr. Fuel guys!



This may be the coolest car ever, to run at Ardmore.

We do cool all year long. This is one of our weekly bracket racers.

Ezra Boggs and the Moby Dick Funny Car and I go way back together.
It was really fun to have the Whale and whole crew together again.
Thats what our reunion is about


I was luck to baby sit this gasser at my shop for a week before last years
2008 reunion. I is a sweet ride. Hope we get to see it agin this year.
