Hi Vic here. I am a retired cabinetmaker. Always loved hotrods and old cars wanted them but could never afford them. Finally in 2005, I bought a real gem of a 51 chevy 5 window. Started a complete frame off restoration in 2006. Learning to weld & fabricate with steel instead of wood. Sometimes I come up against a wall and scratch my head for awhile. But all & all I'm Loving it. My intention is to build something to cruise and travel with. So far I have installed a 4.3 v/6 with 700r4 trans. 69 olds read end with 273 gears (EFI) with computer.
