tfee, I normally do not like home made woodies (prefer the look of factory jobs) but yours is one of the first I really like, mainly because it has the early Depot Hack look but with a 60's surf rod vibe. Nice job

    What if...
What if Tucker had actually made it as a viable automobile manufacturer?
I would love to have seen it happen. Imagine a convertible... or a pickup...
    or a woodie!

Here's my idea of what the 1949 Tucker Deluxe Sportwagon
might have looked like. I also made up an ad that might have
appeared in magazines of the time.

    Hope you all like it.

Wood- I live in a log cabin- so I've been doing a lot of painting with stain on wood. The first piece was done for the Rip the Ripper show at ASR this year. Its 4 layers of wood thats been cut, carved and stained.

And had to submit this one- did this a few years ago.

Well , since I can not sleep I thought I would do a fast sketch for this one being I am one of the ones who really wanted to do this like many others. Oh yeah Wood Guy I have been admiring your creations for a few years now. Great stuff you have done and concepts of. I wish you the best :D

So hear it is just having some fun with this.

    That puzzle is very cool.

  16. I'm not going to get a chance to do anything new in time for the show
so I'll just have to sit back and enjoy everyone elses. Then I'll cast my
vote. Then I'll get in on the next one. Hopefully.

I did this for the Art Challenge but I wanted to put it in the Friday Art Show first.
    Finished this last Wednesday.

    Thanks OddRod!!

  26. Due to the low quantity (but high quality) posts... we won't have a vote on this challenge.

BUT! If you made a piece of art for this challenge please pm me your mailing address and I will send you much thanks and a simple (but awesome) prize. i do appreciate all the artist who make the challenge work.

Also, i will be locking myself in my garage for the next few weeks to get my truck running (crossed fingers) for the big NoSurf Hamb BBQ, so there will not be another challenge for a while.

    thanks!
