tfee, I normally do not like home made woodies (prefer the look of factory jobs) but yours is one of the first I really like, mainly because it has the early Depot Hack look but with a 60's surf rod vibe. Nice job

What if...
What if Tucker had actually made it as a viable automobile manufacturer?
I would love to have seen it happen. Imagine a convertible... or a pickup...
or a woodie!

Here's my idea of what the 1949 Tucker Deluxe Sportwagon
might have looked like. I also made up an ad that might have
appeared in magazines of the time.

Wood- I live in a log cabin- so I've been doing a lot of painting with stain on wood. The first piece was done for the Rip the Ripper show at ASR this year. Its 4 layers of wood thats been cut, carved and stained.




And had to submit this one- did this a few years ago.

 

sorry.. but I been too sick to come up with anything.. just hard to get in the mood...doing my 5th chemo this week.. and still a long way to go..lol

Really digging all this creative wood, Awesome Art.. lets see more..

Well , since I can not sleep I thought I would do a fast sketch for this one being I am one of the ones who really wanted to do this like many others. Oh yeah Wood Guy I have been admiring your creations for a few years now. Great stuff you have done and concepts of. I wish you the best
