Need help with identifying a shift knob

I have this shift knob and would like to locate another one of its kind. The only problem is that I don't have a clue what it is off of. My Dad thinks he got it off of a vette, but he can't remember for sure. My question is does anyone know what it goes to and where I can get another? Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks for your time.
