1961 Ford F-100 Unibody 1/2 Ton Pick-up

    Used OEM, NOS and reproduction parts to keep the truck looking original.
    This includes front & rear bumpers, grill, hood emblems, mirrors, rims, hubcaps, seat and rubber floor mat.<O:p
    Truck is painted with three coats of single stage urethane. <O:p

    Color is original Monte Carlo Red.<O:p

    Wheels, mirrors & gauge panel are original Corinthian White.<O:p

    Safety Upgrades<O:p
    Disc brake kit added to front straight axel.<O:p
    3-point seat belts.<O:p

    Driver Comfort
    High output air conditioner and heater.<O:p

    Complete engine rebuild with upgrades to add horsepower to the original
    135 HP 223 CID inline 6 cylinder.<O:p

    Complete rebuild of the original manual “3 on the tree” transmission.
    <O:p

    Complete rebuild of the Ford 9 inch rear end.<O:p
    Ring & pinion was changed from the original 3:73 to a higher 3:00 ratio
    for lower top end RPM’s.<O:p

    I have a '62 uni-body shortbed, original wimbledon white, 223c.i. & 4 speed. Dropped with monoleaf springs, red steelies & '48 caps, big & little "BFG'S, with a black tonneau cover on the bed. I've been driving the piss out of it for 10 yrs. and it's been a great old hot rod truck!:)

    love it. I have a 65 fleetside with a 352 and 66 stepside with a 240 6. Love the six in your truck. Too many people yank those things
