model b block?

hello from finland.
I was just offeres a model b banger engine. I have not seen it yet but I was told that the block has a letter H casted. all the other numbers are gone. can anyone tell what is the year of this engine or is there the H in all the blocks?

i have no idea what the H means , if anything.......but a model B block will have a boss on the passenger side for a fuel pump. a model A block does not

 

Also (at least, what I've been told), the '32 engines did not have counterweighted crankshafts, while the '33-'34 engines did. Of course, 75 years after the fact, it could have anything in it.
