    Sorry, I can't resist:

So, where do you get your "Nuts Off"?

I get my "Nuts Off" at the local auto parts store.

Nothing's better than getting your "Nuts Off" at a good price.

It's been a long time since I got my "Nuts Off".

Not sure why the bolt/nut gets hot when turning. All I can say is that it gets warmer than when I use other penetrants (upon removal). Spray soak.......spray then remove. I have a buddy working in a Honda shop (car line) and I got him on the stuff. He won't be without it. All the GM guys in the shop next to the Volvo shop I used to work in keep a can in their box too.
All I can say is , it is by a huge margin the best I have used!:)

I restore vintage sewing machines 1860's-1920's and what I use on them is a mixture of Royal Purple and Kerosene mixed 40/60 (60% Kerosene) in a spray bottle and it works better than anything I have ever used. Sewing machines are very delicate and the finishes on some of the super rare ones you do not want to damage especially the decals/ornamentation, and it will not harm the finishes. I have taken a 1900 model 24 Singer chain stitch that was locked up tighter that dicks hat band and after soaking for a day or two it was freed up, and after a thorough cleaning it was sewing like it was brand new.

After I started using this mixture I threw out my PB Blaster, WD-40, and Kroil.

ZEP 45 works awesom. Spray it let it soon for a min or two. It does cost a little bit more but its the best out there.

I have put carbs in the oven to get jets out. I set it to 250 degrees, take it out, soak it with oil (I like Justice Brothers), and let it cool. If it dosn't come loose I just put it back in the oven and start over. I have to admit it does make the pizza taste funny if you don't air it out.

Kroil works best, Zep 45 works really well and is also a great lubricant.I've worked in aviation for a long time and these two will remove turbocharger hardware that laughs at Mouse Milk.

When Kroil doesn't cut it I just get out my little pop-pop tin of Marvel Mystery Oil, soak the part, then come back the next day. Hasn't really failed me yet.

Finally got the door hinges off the cowl of my '30 Ford Roadster. PB Blaster didn't work so i did a 50 - 50 mix of acetone and ATF. Five of the ten screws came out with a Dewalt hammer drill. The others had to be center drilled, and turned out with an Easy Out.

I've also used brake fluid at times, for a broken bolt I drill out with a left handed drill bit. MY .02.

I got this off another site

    Penetrating Oils
<HR SIZE=1>A friend sent this to me. Thought I would pass it along.

Some of you might appreciate this. Machinist's Workshop magazine
tested penetrants for break out torque on rusted nuts.
They are below, as forwarded by an ex-student and professional
    machinist, Bud Baker.
They arranged a subjective test of all the popular penetrants
with the control being the torque required to remove the nut from
    a "scientifically rusted" environment.
    *Penetrating oil ..... Average load*
    None ...................... 516 pounds
    WD-40 ..................... 238 pounds
    PB Blaster ................ 214 pounds
    Liquid Wrench ............. 127 pounds
    Kano Kroil ................ 106 pounds
    ATF-Acetone mix..............53 pounds
The ATF-Acetone mix was a "home brew" mix of 50 - 50 automatic
transmission fluid and acetone. Note the "home brew" was better
than any commercial product in this one particular test.
Our local machinist group mixed up a batch and we all now use
    it with equally good results.
Note also that "Liquid Wrench" is about as good as "Kroil" for
    about 20% of the price.

    Kroil for me......

1964 Bel Air ball joints, couldn't get them loose with a 3/4 impact. A couple of drops of Kroil and a cigarette later, they came off with a hand wrench.

Still have the same gallon I bought almost 20 yrs ago for that Bel-Air
