I assume that's a model A? If so, Snyder's (www.snydersantiqueauto.com) has it. Search for "top molding."

That trim is universal, off-the-shelf, 1970's-80's padded vinyl top stuff. Don't go paying anybody a big price for it. It is NOT specialty resto stuff.
