Six lug rotors for a Mustang II?

I searched the HAMB high and low, but couldn;t find anything. Does anyone know of a place that makes a six lug rotor to fit a Mustang II spindle?

 

Since they are available with about a dozen different bolt patterns,,, I'd call one of the major M-II suppliers and ask if they can get the rotors as blanks.
