I about peed my pants, laughing so hard at this! It's an out-take from an ad for a Chry/Ply dealership in the SF Bay area from around 1968 or so.:D

WARNING: Language! Don't say you were not warned!

I thought it was a voice over at first. That was crazy for 1968.

Hilarious, good old Ralph Williams and his dog (?), the German Shepherd sleeping on the car hood, were here in the Houston area in the 60s-early70s selling Chrysler-Plymouth cars too!

I grew up in the Bay Area and the car ads were on every commercial break after midnight and most were done live. Some of the stuff you would hear was great. Never heard about this one though.
    But it was GREAT !!!

I'm almost thinkin' that the guy in the ad was "CHICK" - Ralph's right hand man. He always had his dog on the hood. Wonder what the chances are that this was just the 'guys' screwing around before taping an actual ad? If not....whoever did it did an excellent job - that's what we'd ALL like to hear every time those blabby turds come on to sell cars. At least it's entertaining.
