Found this through craigs list in a local storage unit complex
1947 Willys 2wd truck, first year made, 2 wd drive only made for 4 years
still has L head engine, looks to be refreshed. I haven't started yet but turns very easy by hand. Plan on adding some big and little mags of some type and use it to haul my bikes around town and tow my other car project, 1951 cj soon to be hotrod (i hope)

  4. Some kid left his trumpet under the hood.

  5. c'mon man! That truck is too damn nice to leave stock! How 'bout dropping in a 455 Buick like "Fiddy 4" did with the one he bought from me. I had it set up for a SBC but Traves likes Biiiiiiiig motors.

Swingo!! What a knockout, love those babies, I will secound the motion of liking those great front fender lights and the A/C unit bolted to the dash. I had a 50 wagon with windows and my Dad and I plunked in a 265 and powerglide and had a blast with it, I can still hear, or maybe thats why I can't hear, straight pipes exiting into the 36 ford drive shaft tube exhaust exiting below the running boards. It was real hard to sneak home late at night with that one!! Good luck with that dandy.~Sololobo~
