Im going to be in a town called Perry which is about 100 miles south of Atlanta for a few weeks. My gal is here for work and ill be helping her on and off but I'll have some time to do whatever here and there. Anything going on in the next month?? Anyone got a shop they wanna show off to some nobody guy from Los Angeles??
also considered the macon /warner robins/ renolds area. In the past several people have loged on to the HAMB from those areas. Bring some warm clothes it will be very cold...
WOW that will be a culture shock for ya. Country meets city. Nothing but fields and fields of crops. Have fun.. At least it won't be blazin hot down there.
I forgot all about that club bar cafe or topless and maybe bottonless or what ever on the interstate when you turn off to go to Warner Robins. Never been inside but its a good land mark like in tennessee the Boobie Bunglow in elkton mile 6... Have fun...
Thanks for all the info everyone. Its definately not the city V, but Im looking forward to exploring the local area. It is nice and cool.....ok cold even... Oh and K9, that place in Warner Robins..... Never heard of it-wink wink-
I can't think of anything else, other then come hangout with the SFCC's...... ask some locals about some good southern resturants to eat at! If you like drag racing here is a dragstrip close to flordia, bout a 2 hour drive I think www.racesgmp.com Same thing with this one but it is more north and they have some bad ass outlaw cars and bikes, I love this track!!!!!! Always soemthing to watch, they race on sundays mostly. www.headhunterdragway.com
Yep....You'll see the signs that read... WE BARE ALL!!!! And.... STRIPPERS!!! Do we really need to say anything else!
Seems as though, if I remember correctly, there might be a decent antique car museum at the Fairgrounds right on I-75... or was that in Byron?
Youre all the best! Vega-Im going to make my way to headhunter! Thats great. Ether-Man Id be so jazzed to swing by your place and see your work. Aceuh-"STRIPPERS!!! Do we really need to say anything else! " Saw that sign and I knew it would be the place for me! Cosmo-I saw a sign right off 75 for that, but I dont remember exactly where. Imma find it though. Georgia is aok in my book!
Yeah those girly places are great! A bunch of us SF'ers are going to the World of Wheels on Sunday at the Congress center in the big ATL.
