32 sedan at GNRS-anyone know details??

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Stu, Jan 26, 2008.

  1. Yeah, that is an awesome looking car. I love the way it is tucked in at the rear. I thought it might be George Poteet's new car, but his is that amazing 32 Sedan Delivery.

At least I think that is his. Would love to know more about this sedan though.

Nah, I don't think it's much of a mark. If I didn't like the car better than the concept drawing what would that say about the builders?

It's an amazing car, the more I stare at it the more subtle details pop out that I missed the first time, like the base of the back window.

Just curious, on their website it says that they "get an artist to create a drawing". Are you the artist?, if so that's a great gig.

The exhaust manifolds look like smoothed Nicson (or similar) boat manifolds...

That sedan was a real treat to see in person. It was like staring at one of those 3D puzzles trying to find all the tricks!

    Hahaha, poor Jeem! ;)

I will agree somewhat that the car in baremetal looks way cooler than the concept in paint.

Bitchin car. Bitchin fab work. Very impressive.

Alright, here it is, straight on, no glare, right from my scanner, art. The boys at Pinkees did a fantastic job at taking all the ideas we have on paper and turning them into reality! The color(?), trust me, you're gonna like it....hopefully a lot! Also we are not altogether done with the wheels but I assure you folks, everything will jive.

Here are some more photos of this amazing car. This fellow is quite a talent for his age. He will ensure quality stays in the cars he builds. He used to work for GM I think. He sure could have helped them in the design world a few years ago. I hope Rodder's Journal does a bare metal article.

Well, there has been an interesting turn of events.

Unfortunately, that's all I can say about it.

    Jeem,
Kinda off topic, but still related to Pinkee's...any chance you could post the Pinkee's Dream Car you did in Rod and Custom mag a few months back? It was VERY COOL!

  25. Very cool rendering! Whats even cooler is the car captures the look and feel of drawing perfectly. Anyone out there know the tire sizes that were used?
