early iron in the snow on Christmas morn.

i pulled up next to an old dude in his 55 chev (brown/white) 4 door this morn. it had Wisconsin plates, had some rust & needed a wash. i saw a cardboard box in the front seat full of presents. he must of been heading over to some relatives.
he had a pair of old bias ply snow tires on it & it looked like he had been driving it for years.

around here we dont get to see much early iron out once the snow drops on us.

 

tom , you should take your pickup out in the snow..post a few pic's if you do

 

i had planned to drive it until the snow got too deep..... BUT i broke it.
its been setting high & dry inside my trailer.
ALTHOUGH i have been getting a rear end ready, the 327 is painted & getting 'highly detailed. rebuilt M-22 & shifter are ready. im gettin ready.

 

I saw one like that here local .. last year I think. Tan '55 4dr, dirty, out in the snow and salt at FedEx/Kinkos.
