I think you should post that link to those other gas caps, the Beehive one is pretty Sick! as well as the other shifter handles you have,, great visions, and the little E.J 's are ruling. ~S

What do you use to make the original,...wood?,...wax?...this would make a great tech thread!

I use hard maple for all my patterns and do a sample pour to see if the part looks good and if I need to change it I use body filler on the maple

Very nice! I'd be interested in the small tail lights to use as turn signal indicators. Let me/us know about price, etc.

    Those are really cool.
I remember Mike (framedragger I think) who owns(ed?) E&J had some designs for the mini lights.
Supposedly was talking with Cole Foster for use on a bike too.
He said that the original E&J actually had plans for a smaller version but never saw production.
Bummer that he spent too much of his money protecting the trademark than making lights!
They were a high quality repop.
That would be neat if he would let you throw the triangle e&j badge on em!

Very nice, love the finish. Didn't we see one of your breathers? Something about a boat and some breather castings from a nailhead? Looked like something from a pink floyd album cover? Very nice.

I agree with Carb-Otto. Your products are some of the best quality out there. I've never seen so many cool gas caps. Like Sellers said the beehive cap top notch!

Hi Guys thanks for all of the kind words I have had a blast making up this stuff and the last time I played with this was 1978 in metal shop in Oscoda MI so I quess I remembered a little what the teacher was saying. I will have my new website up and running in a couple weeks www.Crafty-b.com and this will have all the parts. Here is a cap I did for the Blastolean Brothers last week for there lastest project

Yes indeedy. Your stuff is killer. Too bad "the system" is doing away with metal shops in high schools.

Very nice stuff - watched it on the auction site a few times...very nice.

Might set up a HAMB-O-Dex or classifieds as folks are obviously quite interested!

Can you put a beer can or soda can or some other highly recognizable item in pic of the headlights to give perspective top the size? Quality looks stunning.

Don't know how I missed this post, but that is some of the best craftmanship I've seen in a while. Keep up the good work.

Very nice work, but is it kosher to repop E&Js when someone here on the HAMB owns the company and (I'm assuming) the rights to the design?
    Hmmm.

Framedragger posted on the board once in the last year. When you go to ther website to order the lights, this is what you get...

    http://www.e-n-j.com/Form.htm

How long have they been between production runs?

He can own all the rights he wants....if he's not going to produce anything, people will find another way to get what they want. It's been over a year since he said he couldn't fill orders because he had to much going on and he didn't expect the order volume he got.
