Yeah, that sucked.

 

I had a blast, it was cold and we thought it was going to rain on us few times but, it was still a great get together.

Huge turn out. The only minor let down was the weather, not the usual 80 degrees in December Mooneyes show!

It seemed like when he hit second gear, 90 degree... Bamm! The wall on the grandstand side. it looked like he was coming right at us!...

 

Went to show lil late after a field trip w/Twofosho to a pals shop in San Gabe. Saw Burny cruising around as he was exiting talked to Tiki Diablo and Chili Phil, never did find the HAMB tent.

Was up till nearly 4am-was burned out. SOS there, I too miss the old days of the Rat Fink Reunion with artists like the Pinheads striping everyting from Continental Rental Cars to toilet seats, and free burgers! Those were the days!

 

Man- I talked to that guy too in the staging lanes! Seems he was missing his vintage plate- lost it on the drive down from I think Fresno. He was very upset about the restored year plate & was worried about being pulled over for no plate driving home. Then the wall incident & removing the passenger front wheel & suspension.........
His missing plate instantly became a minor problem.

All I could think about was how he was getting home. Never saw him or the car after that.

this show was huge this year... toooo man cars to even look at them all. great show as always!!

 

...yeah was cold....was 38 headed back to my house....think its time for side glass!
Still had a good time.....got my car striped, bar-b-que with the Throttle Kings, and got to see some friends I havent seen in awhile...good times..

Its San Juan Capistrano. Roughly about 40-50mi from the show. The gnarly thing is, Brian's car only has a top speed of 47 mph! so thats a trek.

did anyone get pics of the wizzer bike with the military drone jet motor on it . it ruled. we held the bike when he fired it up it almost was hard to hold with three guys. no shit .billy

 

No but I heard it!! It was insane!! I seen some lady walking by with her kids and she pulled them close to her right then. Thought it was kinda funny!!
