Hi Peter

Just been catching up on what you've been up to lately.......all good stuff I see. I'm afraid nothing more to report from blighty, but we have now bought a new house where I can build a garage that will be fit for a...well......er......Hot Rodder!

Will forward some pics when things have moved on a bit.

To others reading this I'd also like to add my voice to those above and say that Peters manifolds are a first class piece of engineering and worth every penny, so time to treat yourself for Xmas!

Hi $685.00 USD including your choice of top plate.
Shipping to the USA is $115 USD and that brings the total to $800.00 USD.
I have one pre blower modified manifold available. After that one is gone they will all be fitted with the additional bosses
The blower version will be more expensive due to the cost of the top plate and additional work required.
The first blower top plate cut from plate alloy will be in my hands tomorrow. Had one cut from high density fibre board
I’m awaiting delivery of 4 manifolds from the foundry.
Cheers

Cheers Stan,
Been thinking about getting an update from you.
Just been looking at building a 7 x 12 metre workshop in our back yard but think we will sell and move. Try and find a place with a decent shed,
Have a good Christmas
Cheers

Did anyone who purchased the manifold for the raised block Desoto Hemi check out the driveability and performance? I can see from the pictures it looks great, but how does it perform in the real world compaired to the stock 4bbl manifold?

Quick update for those waiting for the blower version of the manifold.
Had a 20mm (that a smidgen over ¾ inch for you non metric guys) top plate and have machined the manifold to fit it.
Have machined the blow off valve and about to do some experiments on spring pressure to ensure we get it working correctly.
Be warned this is going to cost a little more as the CNC machining and plate is expensive.
Sitting down? $875.00 USD (plus shipping)
Have a look at the attached images and let me know if you are still keen
Cheers

Hi Dean,

The good news is I’ve got the rocker covers sorted and got a price from the foundry. Going to get a couple of sets cast before Christmas
Price is working out at about $350.00USD plus shipping
Other bits to come? Still working on that, valley covers are readily available and will have to think about that, possible to do one with fins matching the valve covers.
Breathers etc are a possibility. Going to do a gas pedal with the Wheke logo on it.
Want to get the blower manifold sorted out and see what sort of demand I get
Will keep you posted
Cheers

Hi People,
Thanks for the positive support over the year, been a major learning curve but wouldn’t have missed any of it.
To finish the year I sold the first blower manifold plus the gentleman took a second manifold with a 3 x 2 top.
Thats 15 manifolds sold
I would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and good things for the New Year.
Cheers

Now I just need one base with 3x2 and 4x2 tops for my low deck 276" Desoto. I'm having a hard time looking at that kind of quality and it's not even for my engine. Please don't forget all of us with the 276"/291", there are quite a few out here and we need the extra ponies more than most. Thank you Peter for investing your time and money in such a project. Steven.

Thanks for the positive comments, looks like I need to do that low block Desoto. Will start investigating it and let you know how if it’s possible. Will defiantly do it this year
Cheers

Hi guys, happy New Year.
Thought I would post a few pictures of the first blower manifold I sent off.
I’m pleased with the final outcome
Just about to do a couple more.
Cheers

We have a 276 and would love to be able to add some ponies to it. We would greatly appreciate it if you would check into fabricating one for the baby hemis! Keep us posted!

If anyone is interested I have this single 4 barrel top plate that i made on the CNC for a 341 for sale. I was going to use only 1 one but now im sticking to the dual quads. This Plate was made specifically for Peters manifolds. It is made out of 1/2" Aluminum and has a nice ground finish. Thanks

Way cool. I need one of those. Do you make it for 4 Stromberg 97's atop a 330 DeSoto?

YYYEEEESSSSS!!! OH my GOD Yes! That is what I've been wanting. I was going to get the log type for six Stromberg carbs, but, if you make that top for it, then consider my order.
