    halleluja,
good to see such a well done T,
I went on an all pre 28 endurance run with my budy furbiscuit.
there are some amazing T speedsters.

I caught the bug along with my girl at the time, and she bought this

too bad she moved on, so now it will have to be some one elses.

riding in that T speedster definitely was the trip of a lifetime.

and you did a hell of a good job on your car.

I'm impressed. That car is "the Bee's knees". I like everything about it.
I'm in So. Oregon, Ashland. If you'r ever passin' through, stop by.

Here's some more pics to help.

I'm working on a '23 T roadster, pics in my profile thing.

  4. redbeard- neat to see that you still have that wooden body.

Very nice ride! So, are you a member of the 4 bangers club? Do you hang out with Jeff, Roger, Mike, Phil and the other guys in North Portland? If not, look up the Arbor Lodge Garage at 6454 N Greeley Ave. Jeff runs it, and has mucho connections for vintage stuff in Ptown.

the motor in the 36 is a 5.7 TPI.

The A I have about 70% of it but its a AA truck, so i dont plan on using the frame or rearend as they are HUGE, i want to track down a stock A rolling passenger car chassis and go from there.

thanks for the advice MrmodelT. ill definatly look into doing something like that if possible...just wouldnt want to make so severe modifications that it would be a real pain to upgrade later... something to definatly think about though, thanks.

    overkillphill,

funny you should mention Jeff and the boys at Arbor Lodge. I actually live in the area and have stopped in to chat with the crew a few times. I was actually driving by (in the roadster) and Jeff flagged me down. Neat guys. I'm not a member of the 4-Barrels yet but I plan to soon. I take it your local too?

    66 Elcam,

fortunately As are easy to come by. Usually you can find a good, complete sometimes running A chassis for next to nothing. Found one just like that in the local classifieds for 1,000.... running

Funny you mention that too, I talked to Phill at one of the shows I went to (his '32 B was right next to my T and he seemed to really like it and wanted me to join up...as did all the other guys.

..Here is another one for all you H.A.M.B.ers out there.

Serveral of had asked how i got into hod rodding. As a posted previously it was really because of my Grandfather Thor Sanden.

Here is the car that got me into rods...

After my next T, I plan to duplicate this car to the last detail.

Born and raised in North Portland (3rd generation). Jeff is my uncle. Phil H (or fairly honest Phil as his friends call him) and Mike (aka hot rod Mike) I met last summer when I was up there visiting family and collecting parts for my '27 project. They've got a shop in St Johns. Did the Beach's cruise once last summer as well. Fun times. I'm in Arizona now, but trying to find my way back to NoPo.
