Dunno, but it looks like the picture was taken in England if that narrows your search at all.

Not sure who the current owner is but it was built in Cornwall by a guy called Andy Lacey. Last seen on e-bay painted red and with a nasty set of minilite wheels.

Since we are talking about them, here's a picture of ours

Very nice! Could be even nicer with a '40/'41 Chevy/Buick style grille.

Wow, these MMs look good...never thought much about them as customs. The gray one looks especially good with the sloped B pillars. They would look even better with a cowl drop or at least the hood pancaked a bit.

It doesn't look like those guys are stretching the roof to keep the C pillar lines stock, but they're fastbacking them. What's anybody else think? I had a Morris back in High School, Caddy firemist blue with green/gold flames (hey, it was the '70's)

I have chopped eight Morris Minors since the early 70's.
Mostly two doors, with one 4 door and a couple of utes

That's no Minor, it's the bigger brother, a Morris Oxford. Much nearer the size of a proper car!

I just pulled one off a friends farm, and was wondering what to do with it. I'd like to know what year it is. Is there any websights that have any good info on Minors stateside? Everything I found was overseas.

This is a pic of it before I pulled out of its hiding place.

This photo has the just built Morris that Doc Watson posted earlier after it had been painted. This car was built by Adam Chivers of Rebel Restorations

The other one is not the same car in the build shots I previously posted, but another one I built for a customer that liked the front end styling. And could not find the first car to buy it.

roof has been chopped 2", shortened 14" to make a business coupe and chassis rails are around 4" off the ground at the front.

  24. This would make a good candidate.

Everywhere a hotrodder lives they have to use what is available and these guys have shown us in a big impressive way how to make something out of absolutely nothing and damn well styled and finished too!

    Congratulations, fellas!

I just sold the one I posted earlier "hiding" to a fellow HAMBer for his wife, and he just started a thread on it last week.

  30. Here"s a selection for you. The 1st one i owned for a while and sold it around 6 years ago would love to know if it ever got back on the road. If you like modded minors you should take a look at http://www.minormania.com/ i used to frequent this site a lot in my moggy minor days. I also owned the non chopped pinky coloured one
