well, finally got the digital up and running but my photo skills are whack - here is a pic of the shop I am now teaching at. Can anyone lighten it up? As soon as I get some better light for pics I'll try and take some better ones....

Try not using the digital camera's flash. The flash makes the photos darker if the lighting is borderline. Sometimes that happens with mine. Try it and see if that helps any. Nice shop by the way, and I'm not fixing the photo of your arm.
damn turn on some lights before you cut your whole arm off just messing. i sliced two fingers pulling on trim, got metal shaving stuck in my eyeball doc had to drill it out, a piece of hot slag from welding bounced in my ear and popped the ear drum, broke my nose while trying to do a hand stand if your over weight don't try it, and finally got kicked in the nuts by a girl in Jr high. so your doing OK if that's the only battle wound you got. next time just hit auto fix when you view your pics it should lighten them up.
