Do you have some better pictures? Dash shot? Are those doors built for roll up windows like a cabriolet? Pic of the firewall in the light? Bigger pic? These would all help.

I agree; this looks like a sports coupe. The key to identifying it is the way the contour of the cowl rolls up into the "A" pillars. It probably is some long gone independent manufacturer. I have a couple of Motor magazines Annual Show Numbers from 1933 and 1934 and will take look through them tonight to see if there are any cars like this, although I think this is slightly earlier than '33.
