Projects Got my Caddy motor back from the shop

    I bought this 1952 331 from fellow HAMBer Robert Gilbert for $500, plus $450 to ship it. $5,200 for the complete rebuild, and here it is:

    I got the front brake kit from Scarebird (http://www.scarebird.com/). This was for 50-53 Cadillac. It's sold as a 41-55 kit.

    There are others as well.

    wow , looks sweet happy to see its back together . I saved it from the scrap man on its why to the junk yard (THE REST THE CAR ) is drivin buy somone else on the hamb with a small block chevy i put in it .looks grate, good luck with the rest of the build i love these caddys

    $5,200?? wow. Might have to rethink plans on using my 55 331 in the next project.
