Event Coverage Sema 2008...

I will be there from Wed. - Sat. I can't wait. My truck was in the show last year. I will be going with the shop that painted my truck to make some more connections and get his name out there some more.

I'll be there Mon - Thurs. Just a suggestion, but instead of meeting somewhere around town. Keep it simple and meet right outside the main entrance where the cars are parked on the cement. Meet at the close of SEMA at Tuesday night and stay there for 20 minutes or more for the guys who have to work the show and put things away. Then you can break off into groups and do whatever.

We could all meet in back of the Meguiars stage- its usually easy ot stand near there during the day- Its just hard to do ANYTHING but 'work' while you are there - thats why I was thikning doing something after hours.

GOt a reception to go to every night so it would have to be after 8pm.

Still interested though.

sounds good either way- PM me and Ill send you my cell # and we can make plans. Im actually booked every night right after the show closes with receptions and meetings with people I dont get to see much but they are almost all done by 8pm.

I worry about 'right at the entrance' . Its always a big cluster there- maybe we can still try though....anyone know what day? Wednesday maybe- right in the heart of it all?

 

Hey got some more info on how to sign up if you all want to attend my seminar at the SEMA show.. You need to be registered already but you go to this page and search for my name. When it brings up the seminar just added it into your plans.

Hey, I'll be there from Monday to Thursday, staying at this shithole downtown called Firzgerald's. I think we should meet at my hotel-better selection of hookers....

carl moved to a different location. i don't think he is doing a sema bar b q this year. i kinda lost touch with him.

 

scott, you can stay with me or keep the truck at my place if you need to, i've got a four car garage now.

at the very least, we gotta meet up for a beer. i think i still owe you a couple...

 

I vote we just meet at Tredboy's house. He's a local, and if we all BYO he gets to keep the leftovers, which might hold him over for a few months.....
(Like how I volunteered you, Tredboy? Now YOU have to come up with a better idea)

 

Good idea, but that would count me out- I cant leave the show area due to my committments and meetings . I was thinking maybe somewhere at the show towards the end of the day so people could stop and rest for a bit.

How about Wednesday 2pm by the stairs at the West Coast Customs experience? Its at the far end of the show , but less people there and we could hang on the stairs for a bit?

Anyone else have a better idea that could help people who have to stay at the show too?
