This weekend was the Rebel Run in Lima Ohio. Nice show, laid back old fashioned fairgrounds. Hope you enjoy the pictures.

This was my attempt at an artsy road shot. David Perry has nothing to worry about.

The goose was made from paper mache covered with fiberglass, and he seemed pretty proud of it. This may be the next big trend. I'm tellin' you, you'll see geese aircleaners everywhere next year!

That was definitely an admiring nod to to Kirk! and the Fonz. There's alot of bad judgement calls at that show, but I just couldn't bring myself to start taking pictures of them.

Wow! That looks like an awesome show. Who's '40 Merc is that? I think I just got a hard on.

Anymore of that red chopped '51 Merc in the backround of this shot?

Very impressive array of rods and customs! Nice lack of rust-rods. Always cool Mercs for our Rebel hero, J.D. The flying goose with the side car is-uh-well-kinda-original? Strokes for folks!! Thanx for the way cool pix.-Sololobo

Thank you. There was a fair amount of ratty, rusty pieces of shit with skulls and spider webs all over them, I just don't really need to see them again when I look at my pics. Nothing against them though, to each his own.

  17. Nice pix...quality turnout...man I grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana and there wasn't stuff like that running around when I lived back there...thanks for sharing...

  18. As for the goose...what's next pink flamingoes...yard trolls...don't do it just because you can...show a little restraint

Thanks. I've heard of Jerry's House of Color before, they build some nice stuff. I'm very partial to '39 and '40 Mercs though. And holy crap is that one nice. Many kudos.
